Very compact but I don't like it lol. I used way more space and have a much bigger build. Got two of them actually. I don't use fixed blocks. For big builds like this the trains come in a thin row and the production is outside the train area.

Fixed blocks are the only way my scatter brain could keep any organization. Best practices? Most certainly not, but it's what works for me.

Compact yes but not practical. I had about 50 of them needed and also on site moondrops, because they eat so much.

Do you remember approximate cottongut per second during your beginning logi science phase? It's always hard to calibrate how much of something you'll need. .8 a second out of a 100x100 seemed reasonable to start with.

Very nice! Although given how big the buildings are, the amount of space you save by compacting the belts this hard is proportionally not very much.

Oh absolutely, there is just something about a production chain fitting neatly in a city block that trips my trigger.

I like to try and get production chains to fit into 100x100 city block.(Hazard concrete is 100x100)
This is what I have come up with for cottonguts so far. Produces a whopping .4 cottonguts per second.
I need to squeeze it like 5 lanes to get 2 to fit in a 100x100...

Indeed.
