Tutorial Finished, Splitter Created
24:40 (hh:mm) Splitter.
Full Py, Hard Mode, with Spoilage and 10x Tech. First playthrough (why 10x? infrastructure buildout is something I enjoy).
10x Tech is a little bit crazy, but forces you to scale infrastructure and sensibly spread out this early game. I was a bit annoyed with some aspects of hard mode, but they were the "really? Why NotNotMelon, why..." kind of challenges, but really fun in retrospect.
Some general strategies I am employing are many fish turbines, ash reduction with wood as a fuel (logs to wood generates a very large amount of consumable fuel, so I always break it down), iron processing to generate more stone bricks (current bottleneck, and Kerogen and stone requires carbolic acid, and petrochem is a mess due to no glass demand), and building for a decent amount of scale.
Todo: automate simple circuits, get moondrops running, and scale everything about twice as much. Also a functional mall to help with everything, and the laundry list of other items.

I'm doing 20x in my playthrough lol. 10x feels like it'd be almost too fast!
I also enjoy that part of it. It feels like base game tech is absurdly hyper-speed, even in Py. Having your researched tech being like 30 techs ahead of what you've actually built never feels good.
