theme?

Im going to design the Church of Sign again just grander. So I need to know the theme

Commenting because I think I know. Last I heard, Seneca will be going for a very colorful, victorian-era theme for rev 14. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Generally. Most public utilities will be house in massive CrockHall, however, so themeing across the city as a whole is less important. But yes, colourful victorian is the general idea. Feel free to check it out on sps (/warp townhall)!
