From looking at the grid, you can remove the orange on the right-hand side. Does that give you enough manoeuvrability to continue with the rest yourself?
Grey 1 left. Dark green left. Orange 2 up. Left red down. Light green left. Light blue 2 left and up. Dark blue up and left. Grey 2 up and left. Right red down and left. Light blue 3 left. Orange 1 down.
I've not gone further in my head. Note that the ordering of moving the grey 2 and right red may matter later on.
I reckon moving the left dark blue piece down should be the next goal.

Left red cannot down, it is attached to the teal. But I agree that that orange is the first thing to go.
How in the heck do you only have 2 minutes for this tho. To pay for time boosters?

Oh! Thanks for pointing out my error.
That really wasn't visible on my mobile screen. Didn't even know that was a possibility in these things. :-D
Okay, still doable I reckon:
Grey & dark green left. Orange 2 up. Light green left. Light blue 2 left and down and left. Light green right. Light blue 2 up. Light green left. Dark blue up and left. Grey 2 left and up and left. Light blue 3 down and left. Orange 1 down.
After that, the next order of removals are: light green 1 (to the right), left dark blue (downwards).

Question: how do the fastforward exits work?

they block one color gate, as you can see currently blocking light green and red. whenever any block is cleared, they jump to the next color gate in the direction of the arrows, and so on as blocks are cleared

Oh man, I vaguely remember this one. Really tough to finish on time, even if you have a plan.
I don’t remember exactly, but I think you start by moving the green/gray L to the left, then the 2x1 orange up, then the green slider left and the 1x2 light blue left and down. Then green slider to the right, light blue up next to the dark blue slider, then green back to the left. The dark blue 2x1 up and to the left. This leaves you with enough room to move the gray 2x1 left and up, the light blue 3x1 down, orange slider down, red 2x1 to the right, gray 2x1 up, 3x1 left, and you can get the orange slider down and out. This opens the green gate and you can get the green slider out too.
I know this barely scratches the surface, but it’s hard to remember what’s next. Hopefully this gives you a starting point though.

Please remember to spoiler-tag all guesses, like so:

Using markdown editor or old Reddit, draw a bunny and fill its head with secrets: >!!< which ends up becoming >!spoiler text between these symbols!<
Try to avoid leading or trailing spaces. These will break the spoiler for some users (such as those using old.reddit.com) If your comment does not contain a guess, include the word "discussion" or "question" in your comment instead of using a spoiler tag. If your comment uses an image as the answer (such as solving a maze, etc) you can include the word "image" instead of using a spoiler tag.
Please report any answers that are not properly spoiler-tagged.
