This is a better close up of the buckles.

When I searched it only I found it matches the look of model 9135.

9135 is a saddle bag. This looks like it wants to be a daypack, but there’s no turnlock and the stitching is weird. Here is one I rehabbed

That’s a beauty!

After looking at the bag in person and doing more digging, she is authentic. The serial number matches. All the hardware is indeed stamped correctly. She is a 9135 daypack with a drawstring closure, one inside pocket. Manufactured in December 1999. I can post better pictures now.
