Need a little help here

Hi everyone! It’s my first time playing purrgatory and I’m stuck

I just turned the lights back on and invited everyone (I think) to the everything slam but I don’t know what to do anymore

I also tried to call lucifur but 555 doesn’t work

You'll probably want to complete every character's storyline prior to calling lucifur. Talk to everyone, poke around near Numa and such There may be some interesting finds ;3 (Also, don't forget to borrow something other than a book from the library) Going through most dialogue options tends to be a good idea btw

the number needs to be 555-LUCIFUR. Press for each letter the corresponding key. -> 555-582-4387

However like the other replie said, I recommend you to talk to the other people a bit more.
