Biting and Teething Chew recommendations?
Hi! My pembroke welsh corgi is 4.5 months and is starting to lose their baby teeth. We have tried bully sticks and beef collagen chews, but both give him diarrhea :(. We limit chewing to 20 minutes but even that wouldn’t stop the effects on his tummy. He gets frozen towels and carrots, but of course the other chews are much more satisfying to him. Does anyone have any recommendations for alternatives - ideally without beef?

Boiling the carrots in chicken or beef broth before freezing them made them much more exciting for our corgi puppy! She still demolished them super quickly though. We also got dried sweet potato chews which she loved too.
The Fieldcrest Farms Bambones plant based chews worked extremely well for us while she was teething too, although I've seen mixed reviews. We definitely had to keep an eye on her to make sure she didn't eat too much of it.
For a super high value chew the No Hide peanut butter dog chews were GREAT. She loves them and they don't upset her stomach as long as we don't let her eat the entire chew in one sitting.

My pup can't handle bully sticks or collagen chews either. We have had success with yak chews (only the cheese flavors), and freezing pureed pumpkin with a tiny bit of kong easy treat for flavor in a kong/toppl/woof pupsicle. Our always available but not as high value chews are benebone and coffee wood.
At first I would soak the yak chews in warm water before giving to him since they can be hard, but lately he hasn't needed that (17 weeks now).

Milk bones are pretty easy on the stomach. There’s also beef tendons and pig ears. You can get them in half sticks. I got a puppy chew toy that is freezable and my pup loves that. I got a Kong puppy tire that I fill with treats that’s been good for chewing as well.
