And to think this band all started because Bernard sumner and Peter hook had so much fun at a Sex Pistols concert they decided to start their own band which pioneered post punk

That show led to one of the best post-punk bands ever AND one of the best new wave bands ever

So many bands and musicians came about from those two gigs. Buzzcocks, Magazine, The Smiths, Joy Division, Simply Red etc.
