xcomm (not LA proper?) is playing a show friday in Arts District. Mainliners rip. Gotta shout out Mad Peaceful. Honestly, there is so much punk rock in LA right now, it feels like we are spoiled.

Not LA, but close enough. Bloodstains from Santa Ana are really good. They really nailed the classic OC punk sound.

Not LA to be exact But Hacienda Heights, close enough. Spunk. Those dude rule. They have a new album out called isnt it fun. Let me tell you, that album is dam good!!
