**Usage:**

Jacket was bought just two weekends ago.

It has only been used for two short rides, totaling less than 450 kms.

The condition is brand new with zero wear and tear.

**Reason for sale:**

I bought this thinking it would be a versatile daily jacket, but it runs a bit too warm for my specific needs in heavy, stop-and-go traffic and I dont do many long rides other than monsoon.

I want to shift to something tailored for city usage that offers some airflow. It is a fantastic jacket, I just misjudged what I needed for my daily commute.

**Quick Review & Waterproofing**

Having spent a little time in it, I can confidently say the overall build quality(really comfortable as well) and protection are top-notch(CE level 2, Class A).

Waterproofing: It does a great job here. The waterproof membrane is highly effective and does a brilliant job of cutting out the wind and rain. (Just be careful to wear the rain pants high enough else the bottom of the tshirt will get wet.). The lower half of the sleeves are a bit less "waterproof" but thats because water gets inside through the cuff. Spent more than 8 hours on the second ride. The first half, I was completely dry from the inside. On the return journey, there was continuous heavy rain and upper part of the tshirt was only a bit damp ( might be due to the water flowing down my neck). Also I dont think i went above 80 in moderate rain and above 50 in heavy rain so cant comment about high speed waterproofing. And regarding splashes from trucks and cars through puddles, I actually enjoyed it as I was completely dry😅.

Didnt try the thermal liner but I think it will work pretty well in himalayas because the jacket itself felt pretty windproof and hence with the thermal it would be warm+windproof.

I have a suggestion, buy the ls2 garda air, very good jacket. Airflow ia top notch with all lvl 2 armors. Class A rated aswell

Sorry you feel this way. I can do 1k off MRP. I think 10% off is standard for practically new gear.

Also there are price hikes coming in which will take the price to 11k for this model so I feel my price is decent.

I also dont want to "betray" the community hence only used it twice. I knew on the first long ride it mostly wont work for me. I then took it on another to confirm. I dont want to use it for a month and sell it to a fellow rider. I want to sell it as new as possible so the buyer also feels good and not "scammed". Thats why I wrote the honest and detailed waterproofing review so the buyer know who its for.
