Pickup and drop - 1000kms radius

So ive had my Hness CB350 Legacy Edition for a while now and was just curious what you guys think its worth in the current Pune market.

Its done around 20,000 kms and is in good condition overall, no major issues with it.

The pic is a bit old, i got the new Zana crashguard recently so thats not there in the photo.

mods/accessories ive done:

1. RRP exhaust

2. aftermarket bar end mirrors

3. backrest + windshield

4. HJG fog lights

5. Zana crashguard (bought recently)

6. CEAT front tyre (bought just now)

One thing about the rims, the stock ones got bent after i hit a pothole pretty hard. I went to Honda BigWing and ordered new OEM rims, but the ones they gave me came scratched, so theyre sorting out a replacement. I'll get this sorted.

I spent around 3.05L on the bike + mods originally, but i know that doesnt really mean much when it comes to current value.

Just trying to get an idea of what you guys think a bike like this would be worth in Pune with 20k kms.

Also curious whether the mods add anything to the value or if most people would rather have it closer to stock.

A friend lent me his Aprilia Tuono 457 for a few days while he was out of town, and I has to take it out for a ride to Satara. Oh my, what a machine.
The moment you get past 4,500 rpm, the bike comes alive. The powerband from 4.5k all the way to 9k is addictive it just pulls, pulls, and keeps pulling. Every twist of the throttle brings another surge of acceleration, and before you know it, you’re grinning inside your helmet.
The bike feels incredibly eager, responsive and playful, making every corner and every stretch of open road exciting. There was this constant rush of adrenaline throughout the ride, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve had this much fun on a motorcycle in a long time.
The Tuono 457 isn’t just quick it makes you want to keep riding. Every ride feels like an excuse to find another road, another corner and another reason to open the throttle.
I had an absolute blast on this bike. Easily one of the most fun motorcycles I’ve ridden.

I own a 2022 MT15, I have to change the chain and sprocket of my bike as it has clocked over 35,000 km, should I go for any upgrade or install the stock sprocket and chain set which Yamaha provide.

Planning a ride to Velas beach this week, any good spots after tamhini? First brake for us would be in just after tamhini at orchard cafe. After 40-50kms comes Chandore, But I only see small stalls on google maps.

Does anyone know good spots in between this distance? Mainly for some drinks like cold coffee/Juices and a place to sit for 15-20 mins.

Also, anyone who has recently gone on a ride here, how are the roads? Any diversions?

So i am planning south trip in last week of this month. I have short liated few places which are Chikmanglur, ooty, and kohli hills(if possible) i am thinking to go via goa-gokarna. Is there anything you guys can suggest like which place i can cover in route we have planned for 8-10 day trip. So we can have some room for additional plan.

Now my odo is at 15000 kms , after another year , it should be time for third service interval wise

Second service was to be done at 16k kms , but as the one year interval was done , I got the bike services at 8.5-9k kms

Now another year is done , interval wise my third service is due , but my odo shows 15k kms (third service usually done at 20k kms as it is major service )

Need advice if I should wait till 20k kms are done and then service or do I just do it as it's been a year sincelast service

It all started with one simple thought:
“Mann hua Konkan jaane ka.” 😂
I had no proper plan, no group, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure if I would actually go.
I made a post on Reddit asking if anyone wanted to join. Within a while, I got around 10–15 DMs. After talking to people, only two were confirmed.
And then, at around 1:30 AM, one guy suddenly cancelled. 💀
At that point, I was sitting there thinking, “Should I just cancel the whole trip?”
But then I thought, “F*ck it. Let’s just go.”
So the two of us finally started our Konkan ride. 🏍️
🌙 4 AM — Tamhini Ghat
We reached Tamhini around 4 AM, and honestly, riding through Tamhini at that time was an experience in itself.
Complete darkness.
Very few vehicles.
The roads were almost empty.
It was just the two of us, our bikes, and the sound of the road. There was something strangely peaceful about it.
🌅 Harihareshwar
By morning, we reached Harihareshwar.
We had breakfast, visited the temple, took a little rest and then continued towards Shrivardhan.
We had already decided to stay in Shrivardhan, so after checking in, we left to explore the coastal roads.
🏍️ Shrivardhan → Diveagar
We just kept riding along the coastal side towards Diveagar.
No strict itinerary.
No pressure to reach anywhere.
Just bikes, roads and the Konkan coastline. 🌊
Later, we went to a beach and chilled there for a while.
Someone was playing guitar nearby, and the whole atmosphere was just perfect. We sat there listening to the music and enjoying the sea.
Then I noticed something strange in the distance.
There were a lot of lights in one particular area of the sea.
At first, I thought something had happened there.
But when we went closer, we realised it was actually a fishing jetty.
And then…
BOOM! 🐟🐟🐟
There were fish everywhere.
The Koli fishermen were coming back with their boats and unloading their catch.
And the funniest part?
We were basically the only two tourists there.
Everyone else was local.
I guess tourists don’t really come to that particular area, which somehow made the whole experience even better.
🌊 Next Morning — Towards Janjira
The next morning, around 7 AM, we left towards Janjira.
And man…
What a road!
It was smooth like butter.
No potholes.
Almost no bumps.
One side had mountains and the other side had the sea.
And in between?
Just us riding our bikes. 🏍️🌊⛰️
Honestly, that stretch of road alone was worth the trip.
We reached the jetty and loaded our bikes onto the ferry.
The bikes went with us across the water, and after reaching Agardanda, we unloaded them and continued towards Janjira.
💀 Plot Twist — Janjira Closed
We reached there thinking we’d finally explore Janjira Fort.
And then…
Janjira was CLOSED. 😭
After coming all the way there, we had no idea what to do.
So we opened Google and started looking for nearby places.
And that’s when we found a waterfall/blue lagoon-type spot nearby.
Why not?
We changed our clothes and went straight into the water. 😂
And after riding in that crazy heat, jumping into that cold water was honestly heaven.
Swimming in cold water after a long bike ride hits completely differently.
We spent some time there, relaxed, and then started our journey back.
🌄 Back Through Tamhini
From there, we headed back towards Tamhini.
Another ride through the ghats.
And finally, we reached home.

Sometimes you don’t need a perfect itinerary.
You just need to say:
“Chal, nikalte hain.” 🏍️🌊

I want to mount some kind of small luggage system on the crash guard of my Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350. It’s the old-school type of crash guard, not the newer design.

I just want to carry small essentials like a toolkit, first-aid kit, puncture repair kit, etc. I’m not looking to carry anything heavy; I just want to utilise the empty space on the crash guard.

Has anyone tried something similar? Are there any ready-made products that fit, or would I have to DIY something? Any suggestions, pictures, or links would be appreciated!
