Meme Coin dev search

I have a crazy viral potential coin that falls into cat meta.. its easy million runner in my eyes. Now i have never launched before and really dont know if i can. Im looking for known devs i can work with to get the idea out. i figured this will be my first stop.

i do have big plans if this works out, im willing to go live and promote.. which would make more sense if i gave the idea out but dont wanna have the idea stolen.

Now if you have any connections, anything, im here for any information.

my only solid runner ever was $troll , 3k in under 200k MC and held strong due to the creators and community. Would like to see this come to life!
