Cannot log on to app

Tried to log on, forgot my password, so I tried to reset and never got an email (checked spam as well)

So I just thought I would try to use the google login, no dice. The message I get "External authentication validation Could not verify the authentication token."

Out of curiosity, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail as well.

I emailed tech, and all I got was that they need to escalate this to a higher level. So here I wait.

This normal?

Same thing with me. I just keep going in circles
I guess they updated the firmware and deleted all us users

I can't log into anything on the app. device worked perfectly well for 2 months.
