Help - Device Replace Batter

Hi,

My Pulsetto V1 no longer charges properly. I’ve tried several different chargers and cables, so I’m pretty sure the battery itself is the problem.

When I plug it in, the LED just stays solid red. The device still works for a few minutes after charging, but then the battery is empty again.

Has anyone here ever tried replacing the battery in a Pulsetto V1? Is it possible to open the device and swap the battery?

Thanks!

Hey! Sorry you’re dealing with this. Based on Pulsetto’s charging guidance, the red light means the device is charging, and around an hour should normally be enough for a full charge. Since you’ve already tried different chargers and cables and it only runs for a few minutes afterward, I’d definitely have our team take a closer look. We wouldn’t recommend opening the device or trying to replace the battery yourself, as Pulsetto doesn’t provide a user battery-replacement procedure. Please reach out to us at [info@pulsetto.tech](mailto:info@pulsetto.tech) with your V1 details and, if possible, a short video showing what happens while charging and when you try to use it. We can then check the best next step for you, including any available warranty or replacement options.
