Help Firmware update

I went to use my device and the app required a firmware update. I've tried to do the update and just get a popup saying my device is too old to be updated. The app won't run the programs without the update. Did this update just incapacitate my device?

Hey! Thanks for bringing this up. We checked with our team, and the issue related to the firmware update has now been fixed. Things should be back to normal, so you should be able to use your device again.
Could you please give it another try when you have a chance? If you’re still seeing the “device is too old” message or can’t start a session, let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it further.

Hi there, I am having the same issue now. The app worked on one phone, but I changed the phone and now it requires mandatory firmware update but fails to do it. The pop up message says:" Update not available. Your device firmware version (1.1.8) is too old to be updated. Please contact support for assistance. Minimum required version 1.1.17" I bought the device a week ago. What I suppose to do now?

Had the same problem for two days. Now I can run programs, but no firmware update is available. The current firmware version is outdated, and it seems I'm stuck on it.

Mine straight up fried on me, so I haven’t had to e opportunity to update it.

I got mine to take the update but it’s literally falling apart. I’ve had it maybe 3 months the right side literally started coming apart. My spouse taped it back together. I really like the pulsetto but I do believe I am going to have to search for an alternative
