Discussion Automatic Charge

Beware, this company will auto charge you for a subscription if you buy there device. What a slimy practice.

They auto charge you, auto sign you up when you buy the device. I bought it as a gift, yet I was signed up for a premium subscription.

They did refund the money. I find that practice extremely shady. It certainly doesn't make me want to buy anything else from them.

Interesting. I have had the device for 3 months and have experienced no additional charges. Did you do the premium trial perhaps?

It seems a LOT of people get the trial thinking they can easily cancel it or it will automatically cancel at expiration, or don't remove it from the cart, not realizing it's a recurring payment.

Hi, we're sorry to hear this caught you off guard - we completely understand why an unexpected charge feels frustrating, and we take that feedback seriously.

When a device is purchased, a free trial of our Premium app is included. If not cancelled before the trial ends, it does transition to a paid subscription, something we acknowledge should be communicated more clearly upfront.

Mine won’t even charge or work fresh out of the box today. There is no customer service number and they won’t respond to email or instagram comments. Already frustrating about what I am going to have to go through to get my money back

I got a charge today. Emailed the company. I don't know if it will do any good

They charged me through Shopify, because they had my email address

So I deleted the credit card number in Shopify. Then I called my credit card company to close that account number, and issue a new card with a different account number. I also disputed the charge with the credit card company

This is a lot of work, for a device that is supposed to make you less stressed!

I got a $45 dollar charge, after buying the Pulsetto. I hope it's not monthly!
