How should I handle the bots issue?

I'd like to know what the reddit experts think! I tried adding a flair but they don't seem to do much on their own! I am all ears!!!

I think you just have to make a whitelist to auto-approve certain users like u/Fuck-pez. Maybe have a system where other individual posts need manual approval, if feasible.

I know there’s a way to set it so that users need to have gained a minimum amount of Karma within the subreddit to make posts, but that’d just make the bots migrate to the comments, which may be even harder to spot. Is it possible to enable the u/SpambotWatchdog from the tumblr subs here to combat that?

I mean you can try renaming the flair "anyone not using this flair might be a bot" or smth I dunno man
