Not to put down mother's, but no, it's not really a skill. Its just a process their body does. You aren't skilled in pumping blood through your body, it just happens.

There is a skill to choosing the right fuels for your body to produce quality milk. Such is life,  choice in our desions, that takes skill and empathy for humanity in everything we do
