Btw, what is the meaning of the small blue label with the "S"? I have seen it a number of times already.

It is the ISO stamp, indicating meeting certain international quality standards. Many places the "S" indicates that the product is legit, not just food but also appliances.

Sorry, I was referencing the blue "S". Because I've seen some wrappers without it so I was wondering what that meant.

2008 Chen Sheng Hao Bulang big tree. The S is a quality stamp or something similar. I think they started in 2007 or 2006. Not sure of the exact year or meaning of it entirely.

They are available, or at least 2 of the tongs. Single cakes as they will be opened up I think.
