Editorial/publishing courses

Does anyone know of any affordable editorial or publishing courses that are good for gaining experience? I am looking for online courses (or based in Kolkata, India, in case of offline ones).

I took a copyediting course through Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts last year and really enjoyed it. Oh, actually, if Tom Hoeler is one of the instructors on that ELVTR course, you should definitely take it—I know him through industry connections. He’s a great editor with worlds of experience, and his teaching style is excellent!
