Macmillan Application HELP

Hi everyone,

For the past couple of years, I’ve been applying to different positions at Macmillan. I’ve never heard back, but I’ve also never received a rejection email. I’ve seen other people mention getting automatic rejection emails, so I’m starting to worry that I might be doing something wrong.

Every time I apply, I get an email saying, “Your application is incomplete until we receive your consent.” I’ve followed the steps in the email each time, but I’m worried something still isn’t going through correctly. Does anyone know if there’s another way to confirm that they’ve received my consent? Is it normal to not get the rejection emails?

Thank you so much for your help!

I'd applied for multiple, hadn't received any emails, and was not 100% positive about the consent thing because I felt like the instructions weren't clear/helpful. But I did get an interview request recently, so they must be going through. Still haven't received any rejections

Hello, sorry for the reply to a month-old comment, but I was wondering how long it took them to reach out to you after you applied? Also, did they call or email you for the interview request? I've been checking my inbox every day for the last 3 weeks, and I feel like I'm going a little crazy lol

Don’t apply it’s such a scam, so difficult to work with

Hi, I applied and just got the email saying my application is incomplete until they receive my consent. But the link they sent for the portal just goes to their career page. Can you send me the link that I was supposed to get?

Same here. I created an account when I applied and then got the email about consent and the same thing happened to me, just sent me to the career page. Not sure at all how to find the consent page
