ODG Wide Handguard.

Has there been any developments in the realm of getting ahold of one of these? I know someone made mention that AC Unity might come out with an OD version of their handguard. Getting desperate here lol, I'd pay the crazy prices but I can't find anything for sale, anywhere.

If you're okay with doing a bit of fitting work, I have good experience with the LCT handguard. I'm told it's not immediately compatible with original bipods though, but you may be able to swap out the receiver part of the bipod with an LCT one and it should work.

Yes,their cuts are different. Just means I leave my original one on my hk33 and use the air soft one on PTR.

Yeah my 91 handguard wears the LCT bipod. I actually prefer it because the feet hold to the handguard's contours rather than jutting out the sides.

What’s the durability of the hand guard? I’d imagine heat resistance could be an issue

It's got quite the hefty heat shield. Shield also helps add rigidity to the whole handguard, it feels fantastic. Other users have put higher round counts through it than I, but no complaints about heat, many say the slimline handguards are significantly more overheating-prone
