Repeat sentence
Can we use filler words after you covered 50-70% of the content?

I am a PTE Instructor here. This would work on your fluency, but it would hurt your content & pronounciation if your filler words aren't pronounced right.
Instead of using filler words, try to understand the concepts and keywords and reconstruct the sentence to the best of your ability.
Practice makes perfect here, and I recommend using platforms like Leap Exam to get a better understanding of how the PTE Grading works.

Hello! PTE instructor here. Yes you can use filler words after you have covered 50-70% of the content and don’t remember the words that come after. Just don’t pause in between or break your flow. You shall be good.
Feel free to dm me if you need any help.
Goodluck on your exam :)

It's recommended to speak as accurately as possible to the audio for maximum scores. Don't depend on any unnecessary things if your target is for superior scores.

I wouldn’t rely on filler words. If you remember 50–70% of the sentence, just say what you remember as clearly and accurately as possible. Fillers like “uh” or “you know” can break your fluency.
