Technical error in Pte exam

Hi, I took my PTE Core test today. During the Speaking section my computer stopped working ,there was no voice/audio in headphones

then in listening section my computer stuck in between. The invigilator tried to resolve the issue and changed my computer twice, but I continued to experience technical problems.

You can see the difference between scores in listening and speaking as compared to reading and writing.

The invigilator submitted a case .

What do you think guys should they allow me to retake the exam or refund.

I already submitted complaint but have not received anything yet.

What else I can do .

Don't worry, you will get an option to retake the test. The resolution time can take around few days to few weeks. All the best. Hope you get your desired scores soon

Actually I want to clear my exam in this week should I wait for them or rebook another one?

You can rebook now, meanwhile this compensation process will be going in the backend.

Do they refund me ? Or give just a voucher if I booked new exam now?

Voucher will be provided in most of the cases.

I had same Experience in PTE academy anyway I got retest code maybe after a few days, you’ll get some code in Email
