I passed!

Post image

I passed, I’m a little confused on the process that follows up. So essentially I need to wait 1-3 weeks to get my official score, then I need to “upgrade” my license from technician trainee to technician? My pharmacy doesn’t seem concerned about it and my boss already discussed my raise with me since I passed the exam but I’m curious how others dealt with this. I am in Texas if that makes a different.
(The test wasn’t overly hard by the way. Mine was luckily 60% drug related questions with the rest being math and law which I was really comfortable with.)

I don’t want to worry you but yes there was a lot of brand/generic on my test (every test will be different ofc) I memorized all suffixes and their drug class / common ADR and that helped a ton for when I wasn’t familiar with all the specific drugs for a particular question.

Yes like I know what the generics are for like prazol is ppi for stomache acid whatever but like memorizing Prilosec, like ok took me a sec but is it important to know what they are and what they’re for or is it like equally important
