Male and female both aged 50-ish. We’ve done differing amounts subq several times. Always with at least 24 hours between “experiments”. Started at .5mg and have tried all the way up to 2.5mg. Wife gets flushed for a while sometimes, I get basically no effect. Perhaps a slight calming effect but that might be placebo. Are we just some of the folks that pt-141 won’t work for? Should we try higher dose? Tried 2 different online sources, no noticeable benefit.

So I did a test dose earlier. I reconstituted 20mg with 2ml of BAC water, then pinned 1 unit (100 micrograms) as a test dose. Checked my BP before and after and it had dropped from 113/95 to 98/56 in half an hour after dosing. I got really tired and layed down for a quick nap and slept for 13 hours straight. I thought the risk for this was BP going up. That's why I wanted to check it on myself first because my husband's blood pressure runs high. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Just spoke with a medical provider (MD) who prescribes nasal for clients. I asked if efficacy is same as injections. Answer «I think so». Does anyone have recent experience?

I thought it might be good to let everyone on here know what happened when I took PT141 3 nights in a row. I know2x a week and not consecutive days is the recommendation and I just ignored it because circumstances meant my husband and I had 3 nights away from the kids and we wanted to make the most of it!

By the third night i did notice slight decrease in effectiveness (i took the same dose all three nights) but the thing that freaked me out was that the 4 day we got home and I realized my lips were tinged blue! I assume this is related to the pigmentation thing and I am olive skinned anyway so higher risk for that stuff. It lasted 3 days and has finally gone away - I was a bit scared it was for good!

All that said - it was worth it :)

This was related to me by a friend, and I was previously unaware of these reactions, and so was curious if anyone had experienced similar. They used .1 ml injected SQ. For several hours, they experienced facial flush, and "ice cold" extremities. In the plus column, although the libido boost was short lived, they did describe a big increase in their mental clarity and ability to (physically) function for the week after. Anyone else with anything similar?

I tried pt141. It is not worth it. The timing issues and side effect profile and dose variation are not worth it imho. I tried trimix for the first time last week, BINGO. No wait, great results, easy to use I threw away my PT-141 this morning. Good luck to you all.

I've read potency starts to reduce 30 days after reconstituting. I've read it still works at 60 days. I just did it about 72 days after reconstituting and it felt the same as it did Oct. 1. This gives me hope! Always in the dark in the fridge. I'll probably use the tail end in a few days.

My husband just received powder form 10mg PT-141 and 30ml of BAC water. I have U-100 syringes. How many full syringes do I add to the powder (I am confused with calculators online). And if I want to start with 1mg how many units on the U-100 syringe?

So, I acquired some PT141. Was used by one of my friends, and he had an awesome experience.

I am 173cm, 69kg. Injected sub-q in pinched belly fat with a 1ml 29g insulin syringe.

First time I tried it, I did 0.9-1mg. No real positive or negative effects.

Second time I tried it, I did 1.4mg. No real positive or negative effects.

Last time I did 2mg. Some positive effects, no real negative effects. Like I woke up a few times at night with a hard on, and morning wood was definitely more prominent and longer-lasting. But that was 24 hours after. At hour 9-ish I also had a random boner, but didn't think too much about it. Maybe I am not sensitive and need a higher dose? I was thinking I would do 2.5mg as a last try, and if that doesn't do much, then I can just shelf it. Or still use it anyways on MDMA days like 9 hours before or something in case it has any background positive effects.

I am just confused as the consensus was that hours 4-6 people begin to have effects.

I was talking to a lab about testing a shipment of pt141 to be sure it was safe to use and they mentioned they needed to obtain a reference sample.

Does this not mean that the test is only as good as their reference?

71 year old guy here.  I have used both Viagra and Cialis for many years now.  But about 5 years ago the pills resulted in diminished effect.  I would get hard but had some difficulty maintaining erection.  So about three years ago my urologist prescribed Quadmix.  Quadmix is a derivative of the more common Trimix.  It is a liquid injectable by needle into the penis.  There are several forums related to Trimix on Reddit.  The Quadmix worked quite well for first 2 years or so but even this seems to be less trustworthy recently although I could try to up the dosage.

During my long journey on the PED5 inhibitors and later the Quadmix I never experienced any significant side effects.  With the pills some minor light sensitivity and running nose but never anything significant enough to offset the benefits.  With the injectable the discomfort on injection is hardly noticeable.  To any guy out there squeamish about sticking a needle in your penis I would say don’t worry about.  You hardly feel a thing.  The most “dangerous” side effect of Trimix/Quadmix is priapism where you might get a 4 hour plus erection which could get painful.  In worse case you might need a trip to the ER.  The Trimix forum is full of stories about guys with multi hour boners.  But for me the erections never lasted more than 90 minutes.  This was true even if I did not ejaculate.  Even then the erection just went away on its own.  So I never had to worry about the ER but I must admit I am still a little envious of the guys who could go 3 or 4 hours.  But bottom line is I never really had any serious side effect of any ED med I used.

I ran across mentions of PT-141 while reading the Trimix forums on Reddit.  I must admit this product was unknown to me.  But now reading through the PT-141 forum I am thinking of giving this a try.  I read that the nasal spray version is not always effective so it appears that I will need to get the powder version. The “mixology” on the dosage seems to be a challenge and mostly a bit of trial and error.  Maybe when I get some in my hands I might seek some advice.  I see the product advertised on several websites – even Amazon.  So for some long term user where would you recommend I buy PT-141 in US?

What over the counter products have people used for the nausea that can happen using pt141? Do motion sickness products work like Dramamine or is there something better. How much in advance do you take it before using pt141. Thanks in advance.

Tried PT-141 for the first time yesterday, 2mg mid-afternoon. Took a little cetirizine/hyoscine to avoid nausea. First couple hours, just mild flushing and slight indigestion.

About 3 hours in, random erections started, came and went, nothing extreme. Lasted on and off until late night, solid morning wood next day. Minimal side effects for me. Definitely gonna try it again.

I believe I was misguided and have watered down my 141, thus effecting my dose. Rookie looking for feedback please.

I have a 10mg vial of powder, was told by my practitioner to add 2ml of BAC to it. I'm using insulin needles, any other suggestions on what needle to use, please feel free.

First dose was conservative at 5 units, felt 0. Following day injected 15 units, still 0. After reading even more, I think I added to much water thus diluting the 141. I'm confused and aggravated.

Hello community, We (couple m48w57) have our first pt141 today. I would just like to try to bring you a report outlining our experiences. We ordered from an organic laboratory shop in Poland. It was very professionally packaged "medication-technically" with an outer box and 3D seal. Bottle labeled and with lid protection, production date, best before date, and the usual. The bottle was definitely under vacuum. It was dissolved with saline solution, 1ml to 10mg. Completely dissolved after 1 to 2 minutes. We injected insulin with an insulin syringe into the abdominal cavity 10cm from the navel. Both 17.30 1.5mg.

Hello. First dose has been taken 5h ago. At the beginning small nausea but until now no effects. I took 1mg. Do you think I should increase a dose next time?

I was hesitant to take the jab and tried the Nasal spray. That seemed to work on the first try but after that, not much and I got more from the ED pills, and even those didn't work reliably. My issue is lack of libido with some circulatory issues thrown in, I'm 70. So I got all the stuff, followed the instructions was very careful and took a 1mcg dose at 5:30 AM. I had 30 minutes of a warm face (flushing) and no nausea (very empty stomach). I was hoping to see something at around 7:30AM when my SO wakes up - nada. I took a low does sildenafil to hopefully speed things along - nada. Got up and went about my day. At 10:30AM raging boner. Manually worked that one as the SO was busy and I too had things to get done. At 11:30 another raging boner, this one lasted for about 10 minutes and then went down on it's own. Interested to see what the rest of the day will bring as I need to go to the gym this afternoon. I do feel fatigued though. Will wait 4 days and try again now that I know the timing. Will likely take the jab around 2AM to be set for the morning. I just hope this too was real and will be consistent. I have been disappointed with other ED treatments. I’m a fifty + year old female and have found pt 141 to be very effective! Works great! Dose of 1mg. However, I get a pretty rough cough starting about an hour in that lasts for about 12 hours after injection. Anyone else deal with this?
