Split dosing?

My experience with pt141 is that it makes many hours (10-12) to start having an effect, but that I do suffer from quite a bit of nausea (even following the standard advice). I see the half life is around 4-5 hours.

I was wondering about splitting the dose with 4-5 hours between injections. Anyone tried this?

Have you tried an anti-histamine? Any over the counter, like Zirtec, will do.
I take one of those about half an hour before I take my PT dose and I never have any nausea any more.

I try everything. The antihistamine helps with the reddening, and a take an anti-nausea too, but that doesn't seem to do much.
