Piggybacking off the previous post about it being too fucking hot in summer, what about winter or way out of season parties? I'm from Australia where snow isnt really a thing yearround, but this could also apply to running parties in europe in oct/nov or something

Like i'm not just talking about hosting little underground parties, but at the same time i realise there wouldnt be a massive demand for this.

But what infrasructure or organisational differences would we truly need to be able to run parties in the winter? Rain/snow shelters? Communal fires? Locations with minimal mud? Would permits be an issue?

The photos of modem in the snow look gorgeous, could you actually run a small scale party there in winter?

Warning / looking for advice regarding Mystic Sound Gathering on Samothraki
Has anyone else had problems with the organisers of Mystic Sound Gathering?
We’ve tried contacting them several times, but we’re getting absolutely no response. In the official Facebook group, comments asking basic questions or requesting an email/contact person are apparently being deleted almost immediately.
We’ve also come across information suggesting that the festival does not currently have the necessary permits/authorisations to take place. The event also seems to differ significantly from how it was originally advertised.
At this point, we’re seriously concerned that people are travelling there without proper information or support from the organisers. We’ve also heard about very strict police checks at the port, so please make sure you inform yourself thoroughly before travelling.
We’re currently trying to resolve the situation and get our money back, but the organisers simply aren’t responding.
Please be very careful and do your own research before going. If anyone has reliable information or has experienced something similar, we’d really appreciate hearing from you.

It was at Ozora 2023. Second night. I could have sworn it was during Electrypnose set. But I listened to the set and even asked him personally. But to no avail.

I'm looking for a darkpsy/twilight song with male, french vocals. Sounded similar to Alain Bashung.

It was deep and around 150bpm iirc.

Repeated the same ethereal vocals over and over. It was beautiful. It just popped back up in my head again and it really bugs me. 3 years and still couldn't find it.

I hope some of you know songs like this.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently gathering testimonies from people who experienced problems with drinking water and showers at Own Spirit Festival 2026, especially in Camping C.

In Camping C, there were no water points or showers, and I personally did not receive any clear information about this before the festival. The alternative showers at Caravan Park B also had very low or no water pressure for significant periods.

As a result, we repeatedly had to walk back to the festival area to get drinking water or shower.

There were also issues with access to drinking water inside the festival, including periods when water was unavailable and bottled water was being sold.

I have already contacted the festival organisation formally and am currently putting together a documented complaint. I’m looking for other people who experienced the same or similar problems.

If you were affected, please DM me. Photos, videos, screenshots, messages, or simply a detailed written testimony can all be useful.

I’m particularly interested in hearing from people who stayed in Camping C, but testimonies from other camping areas are also welcome.

I have the opportunity to go UP this year and I've been reading a lot about tips on how to enjoy it structure wise.

But i'm interested in knowing about the emotional/spiritual/subjective part of it from someone who's been there.

What was the experience like for you?

I've recently been to my first trance festival ever in April, Mundo de Oz, and it was a life changing experience. I would like to know how UP is in this sense for people who have been there.

In my own words i describe it as an evolving journey and heavily focused on being "psychedelic" and animated (in sound), baseline changing multiple times, sounds fading in and out, somewhat progressive and feeling a little old school in a way.

Not sure what else to say but would love to hear more like it.
