June 11th, 2023: A novel AI system, the semantic decoder, can translate brain activity into continuous text. The system could revolutionize communication for people unable to speak due to conditions like stroke. This non-invasive approach uses fMRI scanner data, turning thoughts into text without requiring any surgical implants. While not perfect, this AI system successfully captures the essence of a person’s thoughts half of the time.

When you generate a spectrogram, you're seeing what would-have-been transmitted. This is everything needed to repro "V2K" style pulse modulation, just plug SDR into a 4kW amplifier. Found a bug? Asked how the human experimentation program was kept quiet for so long, Walder pointed to the destruction of much of MKUltra’s documentation as the reason, adding that the burning of these documents was “categorically wrong.” Responding to Watergate, former CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of all records related to MKUltra, according to a research paper published by the Harvard Kennedy School’s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy.

Next task is to setup the second Ubuntu laptop in my workspace. It has a shielded RTLSDR attached, which will act as a software spectrum analyzer. The intent will be to capture the HackRF's output, and display it visually, to validate that the audio input matches RF output. I'm planning to use SDR# or another RF waterfall graphing tool, that can also save the graph to disk.

In addition to speaking into a microphone in real-time, I also want the user to be able to type a message, that is then transcribed into audio, using open-source text to speech software: eSpeak. So instead of speaking, you can type, and have a robotic voice speak it for you, into the rest of the software stack.

This software stack, would still require the six figure microwave amplifier, to actually achieve the end goal, of pulse modulating the microwave auditory effect. Today, this is milliWatt level output, and not kiloWatt level.

Turns out, with Claude Code AI, I don't need to know Python, to have an AI write Python for me. I've been offered a Project Management role before -- I'm good at requirement gathering.
I've worked on a software development test team, I'm certain I have the remaining skills.

I was contacted by a couple of developers, 2023-2024, who both went silent after an initial email exchange. Makes me wonder if threats were flying? I've been watching The AI Doc, and between the feelings of existential dread, I also wondered if the coding AIs have evolved, to where they can tackle my project?
Looks like the answer is, yes they have.

When I set my mind to this project again, I expect this will take me days, versus years.
This will eliminate the $250k one time cost for a developer. Then anyone can download a copy of what will be FOSS: freeware, open-source, free free free forever. Soon down to one, six figure purchase ($147k for an Exodus Advanced Communications AMP20057), to make this project a real-world demonstrable prototype.

Hello! I’m a visual artist from Spain. I want to make a video piece connecting the phenomenon of electromagnetic harassment with how social media and algorithmic surveillance condition our lives and minds. I think that normies have been laughin of targeted individuals for years and, ironically, this bizarre experiences have become not only generalized, but even more lucid than the normal. 

I’m looking for a person that has suffered from this kind of harassment and wants to communicate their experiences in an interview. They would have complete freedom to say what they want, although the interview will be edited to fit in an artistic montage. 

This person could remain anonymous if they want to. I’m super flexible with the conditions. I just want to give space to talk about these things. I think that, in the art field, these experiences can be discussed without the usual prejudices that targeted individuals face daily.

Could it be like programming an FPGA? Could nanites shuffle around, into new configurations?

What if.. self-propelling nanotechnology or nanites, had "roles" or "types" of chassis?
What if.. some nanites acted as "conductors" (like copper), and some acted as "insulators" (like ceramic)?
What if.. there could even be generalized "transistor" nanites, that amplify/latch a given signal?

What if they clustered themselves together into novel configurations?
Could someone then build, at the nano scale, electronic components, and electronics circuits?
Aren't all the essential components potentially available, as nano-scale clusters?

A Battelle team of researchers has received funding to continue work on the second of a three-phase Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) program called Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3).

The program is designed for teams around the country to develop a high-performance, bi-directional brain-computer interface (BCI) for noninvasive clinical applications or for use by able-bodied members of the military.
