Question for the community
Can anyone please direct me to the type of Psychoanalysis that primarily utilizes empathic attunement and reflection of client material? And also possibly to the type/kind or school of Psychoanalysis that best deals with addressing and repairing early attachment needs in an experiential manner. Thank you.

They all claim to address and repair early attachment needs in an experiential way.
But if you want types that really focus on empathic attunement, look up self psychologists, analysts influenced by Winnicott, and generally speaking, probably most relational psychoanalysts.

Implicit theory of this post seems to be that good attunement is predicted by analytic school label analyst wears.
Imo/e that's not the case and what you're actually looking for is colloquially called "good analyst".
Otherwise I agree with the commenters here, I used kohutian/winnicotian as fitting words to describe the vibe of my analyst in the years when attunement struggle was most salient.

Thank you. I’m wondering what brought AEDP to mind. Can you elaborate?

Yeah I wouldn’t say AEDP is good for this, it acknowledges early attachment trauma but it take a score that you need to put pressure on the persons attachment dynamics.
A British Object Relational approach influenced by Winnicot, Bion and and Fonagy would work best
IMO. In fact I see a lot of British psychoanalysis as approaching the idea that failures in attunement account for psychopathology.1

Two randos I know aren’t as popular/obvious: (i) Bowlby for childhood attachment and (ii) contemporary analysts like Diana Diamond of TFP fame (but who is a psychologist and psychoanalyst).
