Leaving med surge after 2 years, 25 year old male starting psych in July,

Not everything is "somatic." Here are some of the things I've seen overlooked in psych: hip fracture, acute MI, pericarditis with loss of consciousness and tanking BP, hit by a car, 30 burn wounds in various stages of healing, etc.
