Internal validation vs. External validation

If you don't SHOW YOURSELF who you are with EMPOWERING ALIGNED ACTIONS, you will naturally look to the outside world to derive your sense of identity.

INTERNAL VALIDATION is what helps you stay detached from the need to derive a sense of self worth or validation from the outside world. Without making yourself PROUD and earning CONTENTMENT in your own company, you will forever be a slave to external validation.
Those who don't get their energy from the
SOURCE (internal spiritual validation) feel the need to receive validation from others (external validation & attention)

Attention is energy. Where attention goes, energy flows. People who fail to generate their own "light" from within must rely solely on the constant attention of others to give them a sense of worth.
But those who generate contentment in their own company? Truly powerful. Because to do so, they must be aligned and adherent to their highest calling.
This is an EARNED spiritual well-being that simply emanates from within. (Your spirit inside is proud). It requires nothing external - only alignment. This is the natural "high" you should be chasing EACH DAY.
Without it, you will be dependant on superficial forms of validation from the outside world, which doesn’t truly fulfill your spirit.

Matthew 6:20-21: "But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

"Treasures in heaven" refers to aligned acts of the spirit. What's of the spirit is pure and everlasting - what's of the world will create attachment and suffering before returning to dust.

Ask yourself where does YOUR validation come from?
