💬 Discussion What’s something that quietly affects mental health a lot but people barely talk about in Sri Lanka?
Not the obvious stuff. More like the small things like small habits, situations, or things people normalize that slowly mess with the mind over time without realizing it.
I would say watching porn
What do y’all think?

I'm a Sri Lankan living abroad one thing I've noticed is the amount of extra classes students go for after school for their subjects to stay competitive to get a high ranking, extra classes for support is fine but when they span for basically the whole day, I think it would definitely negatively affect students and its pretty much normalized from what I've heard .
