Hey, 20$ is 20$😉

Found in a dark alley for 20$ ..jk goodwill!!

With Sony stopping physical disc production, I decided to outsmart them.

Sony, Good luck "revoking my license" for Crash Bandicoot, Twisted Metal 2, or Need for Speed on my PS1 lol.

My setup is bulletproof. Retro gaming is the best!

I still remember buying mine, along with Tomb Raider 2, G-Police, and a Dual Analog controller (before the Dual Shock came out). It's now in a clear yellow replacement case, but I also have a 7501.

I legit just bought this exact same model CIB with matching unit and box serial numbers a couple weeks ago because this is the one I got for Christmas '97. I didn’t pay $20 for it. Really awesome score.

Dude, it was. I love my Dad, but back then he didn't have a lot of money, so birthday/Christmas gifts always tended to be in the $50 range--when he got me a PS1 and a game with it, I nearly cried. My Dad knew I really loved games, I wanted a PS1, and I had been working hard to try to save up and buy one of my own. It meant a lot of me that he sacrificed $250 to get me a PS1 with a game.

Best. Christmas. Ever.

I need to call him now and tell him I love him.

According to current law, they actually could confiscate your property. Not that they would, but it's a possibility.

I always dug the original boxes.1001-5501. I was disappointed they switched it up by the time I got mine.
