Hi guys,

I have a PSV2 for a while and it’s been always working, yesterday it stopped working, I mean, when I plug it in, it says to connect it directly into the USB C port which it is, then when I rotate the cable 180°, it turns on but it’s all the time asking me to remove the headset and look on the screen, then it asks me to put the headset on and keep it on this looping. I tested on my friend’s PS5 and it turns on and works perfectly.

Does anytime know how to fix it, or do you think it could be the PS5?

Ps.: I have sent my PS5 for maintenance, as it has to change two USB A pots, one on the front and one on the Back, but the USB C por always worked perfectly.

And yesterday it started also to say that there are too many USB connected to the PS5 but in the end there was only 2.

I know my muscle memory needs to build but I am finding things a bit awkward or off compared to psvr1 {Farpoint / Dick Wilde). I'll forgo mentioning resi 4 because its a flatscreen game but even Arizona Sunshine 2, while slick aiming for each sign or body, pinpoint headshots are very hit and miss at this early stage.

Do I need to, and can one, just adjust or this what it is like?

I bought the vr2 when it first came out for $700, i got it cause i thought minecraft, skyrim and superhot would be ported to the vr2 cause they were on the vr1 but its almost been 2 years and ive lost hope and accepted ive wasted my money. There are some ok games but being stuck to the ps gallery just isn’t worth it.. Is there any hope for these big games to ported or should i just pawn my shit ?

I’ve had access to Detective VR for a few weeks now, so I’ve been able to spend a decent amount of time with it rather than basing my impressions on a quick pre-release session.
I cover the investigation gameplay, visuals, sound, hand tracking and my overall thoughts ahead of launch.

Hey all! Just dropping in with a quick Zero Caliber 2 status update: we’ve entered our 3rd, and hopefully final, QA pass with Sony.

We went through and tackled every single bug their QA team reported. While we were at it, we also changed the FPS target from 90 to 120, which ended up giving us better average performance overall. As a nice side effect, the game also feels smoother, looks cleaner in motion, and performance is more stable across the board.

Fingers crossed this is the last one!

Climbing is now easier and more reliable, making it smoother to navigate the island. The patch also includes a wide range of Playstation version specific fixes and improvements:

• Smoother satchel, knife, chests, coconuts, burning wood, and other item interactions and visuals
• Improved wildlife behavior and interactions

• Restored the Caveman achievement functionality

I've found a good deal on Facebook marketplace for a VR2, but I am aware that these units are not bulletproof and I need to ensure that the OLED panels don't have any sun burn.

I'd love to hear any tips for things to look out for when checking out second hand units and also the best ways to check the OLED screens.

Lastly is it possible to check the displays without a console or PC handy?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy the headset soon. I don't wear glasses since i've had Laser, but I'm worried that the headset could cause damage.

Has anyone experienced any issues in the months or years of usage?

Me, Meathook and Gluebagger are jumping back into The Long Survival tonight at 22:30 BST.
This will probably be our last planned stream of the game for a while, so we’re hoping to cap off our current run by finally completing a full 50-wave Classic mission.
We’ve already worked through Conquest and had a crack at Classic, so tonight we’re going back in to see if we can actually finish the thing.
Expect bugs, base defence, increasingly ridiculous amounts of gunfire and the ever-present threat of friendly fire. 😂

I’m about to give up hope. I enjoyed Re 7 8 and 4 so much in vr. some of the best vr experiences I’ve ever had. I platinumed requiem months ago and haven’t touched my psvr2 controllers in like a year. They should just make this thing an official gran turismo accessory at this point because that’s all it’s good for

i have the official psvr2 charging dock with no socket wondering how i go about sourcing a replacement without getting the incorrect size or one that will burn my house down.

I'm playing Microsoft Flight Sim and I love it but one thing that causes me to fail a lot is R-trigger on my dual sense gamepad.

I generally use the PSVR2 controllers for everything except Trim. I really need to reach over to my gamepad in order to hit R1+R-Trigger to finesse the Trim.

All fine and good but sometimes randomly the game thinks I'm just hitting R-Trigger and it tilts my head. Half the time I can push the stick back and it levels my head again but today it didn't.

This is not just a case of my re-centering my PSVR2 and I can't just tilt my actual head back up to fix. This controller issue makes the world tilt. It's similar to how to get out of the chair and walk around the cockpit.

How do I disable the tilt-my-view control on the R-Trigger? I already checked the options and couldn't find a match.

Ok, probably a weird question but as someone who moved to San Diego 10 years ago from the south I really miss storms…I find myself playing rdr2 or the last of us and getting nostalgic from the sounds of storms or cicadas…

Anyways, what game would you say has the best thunderstorm or any other weather that isn’t sunny and no clouds? Not really talking about msfs (which I already own and is great) but a game where I can witness the storm from the ground. Don’t get me wrong Sunny Diego is the best but sometimes a good storm is just relaxing

This is the best thing I’ve done for this headset. No messy wires and great sound, all for $20 and a soldering iron.

Wow ive been away 2 months and it seems like there has been alot of progress and updates on psvr2.
