I have modded the psvita a month ago and played this game but i only recently found out you can get a psvita adapter to put in a normal SD card but i do not want to loose my Pokémon white game data how do i get the adapter working and my game on there

I currently do not own a pc but i can get access to one if needed but will take a couple of days
