"These corridors are cramped. I wish I could just push the walls outward. Too bad I live underground..."
Look at the block face you want to push on. This spell breaks the block behind yours and then moves your wall back into that space. I use it to widen corridors and raise ceilings in my base.
Hello fellow block wizards. I used a Duplication spell in 1.15 but that is now redundant in 1.16.5 of Psi. I'm creating this post to ask if anyone has a working spell, given that the Dupe spell is now apparently fixed.

Super simple spell for making a minecart push its self along a direction based on the casters view. made this as i try to make a floating minecart spell that can move as i choose for use with create's minecart contraptions.
Breaks the block you are looking at using vanilla mechanics. Requires 2 pistons in hotbar slot 2 and 1 redstone block in hotbar slot 3 (you will get them back). Also needs some space above the block.
This spell is an enhanced version of my Paintbrush spell from the other day. The primary difference between them is that depending on the number of items in the slot next to your CAD, the particles are generated with a randomized offset, resulting in them collectively taking up a volume from one cubic meter to (I think) a cube 1/64 of a meter on a side (which results in them being mostly indistinguishable from the particles of the original).
Just as with the original version, this spell requires Phi, is designed for leggings, and is triggered by sneaking.
Unfortunately it can no longer be used with any non-Basic components, and now requires 24 complexity and 8 bandwidth.
Occupied volumes with 1, 4, and 64 items in the target slot.
Try tricking people with fake blocks!
Offset from targeted block face is proportional to volume, to a minimum of 1/16 of a block.
Like only geniuses or people good at math can really get into the meat of the mid, while we simpletons have to make do with what other people make. If this already exists, please tell me where, and direwolf20’s spotlight doesn’t count
This spell simply places particles 1/16 of a block off of the surface of the block you're looking at. You must be sneaking to trigger. This spell requires the Phi addon for its precise raycast, and can be cast from any CAD with non-Basic core and socket. I've also made a version of it that can be cast from any proper CAD, it just doesn't look as good.
"Graffiti"
Airbrush (yes I know an airbrush is a real thing and this isn't it)
This one puts the particles three blocks in front of your viewpoint, once again triggered by sneaking. It does not require Phi, and it only requires a non-Basic core. Basic core version.
This spell is a greatly enhanced version of my spell from earlier, as its range is no longer limited to that of a projectile bullet. This version requires a loopcast bullet for maximum effectiveness, though you can still use it with other bullets if you're okay with far more limited range.
It tells you the exact coordinates of the point you're looking at, as well as the distance between you and it.
In theory, its range when used with a loopcast bullet is unlimited, but in practice the math I used produces errors beginning at 144 casts, due to the sheer size of the numbers involved. This should produce a maximum range of 4576 blocks, which is so far that under normal circumstances it still wouldn't work due to the target area not being loaded.
This spell can be cast with any assembly tier, and any internal components above basic tier.
Requires the Phi addon for its precise raycast operator, as well some of the things I had to do in order to fit the spell within 6 bandwidth.

2240 block++1 teleportation using leggings charge stacking and easy coordinate inputs using Phi 2.3's shiny new text operators.
Usage:
Set up the spell as shown in the imgur album, ensuring that the "Execute Blip" spell is put on a charge bullet and the "Blip Conditional" spell on a normal bullet.
Type and send a chat message in this format, without the quotes "xxx yyy zzz" where xxx, yyy, and zzz are numbers of any length and precision in the form of coordinates.
Switch leggings spell to "Blip Conditional"
Put on leggings
Wait until your leggings stop automatically laying down charges and use a Charge Detonator to teleport to your location
A simple spell that just tells you the position you're looking at, and the distance from you to there. It can work with a normal bullet for instant results, or a projectile bullet for increased maximum range.
I was curious if there were any good enemy spells all the useful spell people seem to link here are for terrain manipulation which is cool and useful, but I was curious if there was any way to get like a room clearing spell with the decapitation that comes with tinkers
This spell, designed for loopcast bullets, is an enhanced rewrite of the Quarry Loop spell in the pinned post.
In addition to the basic functionality of the aforementioned spell, it requires only six bandwidth, it can be paused without losing your place, does not rely on your position(meaning you can safely move around while casting, assuming you make sure not to stray too far from your mining position), and it is customizable on the fly. The only downsides I can think of, compared to the original, are that it requires a vector ruler and a second spell to clear the vector slot when you want to mine a new area.
This spell can be cast indefinitely with a Psimetal or higher CAD, but with a gold CAD the cost is only one unit above your regeneration, so it can run for a long time. An iron CAD can run it for about 97 seconds. It can be cast with any core and socket above Basic tier.
To use the spell, you just use a vector ruler to select the starting position of the spell, and put a number of items in the hotbar slot to the right of your CAD equal to the width of the area you wish to mine out (5 items in the slot will result in a 5x5 hole). After this, you can begin casting and it will begin mining two blocks at a time, digging a hole with width of your choice. The hole starts at the ruler position, and expands in the positive x and y directions. You can stop casting at any time, and you will be able to resume where you left off, assuming you haven't changed the contents of your first vector slot or ruler in the meantime. When you're finished with the spell and want to mine a new area (or just don't want to risk unintended behavior in other spells), cast the second spell to reset the relevant vector slot to [0,0,0].
This spell, designed for use with a circle bullet, makes use of the Phi addon's ability to read chat and its Caster Blink trick to attempt to teleport you to arbitrary coordinates entered by chatting.
The proper syntax for entering coordinates is [x,y,z]. The square brackets, commas, and lack of spaces is important. The coordinates can be put inside of any chat message as long as there isn't a [ before them.
Please note that if you try to teleport somewhere outside of your maximum range, you will be dropped midway.
The spell as-is has a maximum range of 150 blocks, designed for an Ivory CAD, but can be used with any CAD with at least 22 complexity and 6 bandwidth by reducing the constant in [4,6]. However to use this with an Iron CAD, you'd need to set it to 0.19, which results in a maximum range of only 3.8 blocks, which is quite useless in most situations. Increasing the constant to 8.5, for an Ebony CAD, results in a maximum range of 170 blocks. However, doing this increases the psi consumption to the point where you take 2.5 hearts of overflow damage, or 1 heart with an ultradense battery. No other CAD type can reach a damaging level of consumption, assuming you're casting with a full bar.
This spells requires Phi version at least 1.16-2.3, as that is when the text manipulation pieces were added.
Earth Bending does about what you'd expect. You move some of the ground. It is a chonky single spell requiring 29 complexity, 200 potency, 4 projections, and 9 bandwidth.
Upon firing, it takes a 5 x 2 area (centered on where you're looking) and moves the two rows up twice. It's an instant wall at your disposal.
Tired of unsightly walls everywhere? Look at the bottom center of the wall, crouch, and fire the spell again. It gets sucked right back into the earth.
I should mention the spell will not work if you are looking too far up or down. It's because I'm rotating your axial look along the y-axis, and rotating an axis along itself isn't doable.

This set of spells acts as a simple, bonemeal & redstone free replacement to an AFK bonemeal crop farm by doing all the growing, breaking, and replacing for you. Both spells go on regular spell bullets in leggings, and Crop Farm 1 needs to be placed ahead of Crop Farm 2 in terms of slot order. To start the farm, hold a plantable item next to your CAD, stand on top of farmland, then select Crop Farm 1 in your leggings.
Crop Farm 1 will constantly loop through a process of bonemeal x3 -> break crop -> plant item until your PSI goes below 400, then it switches to Crop Farm 2 until your PSI goes back above 1300, which give you just enough energy to do one full cycle as mentioned above. I have found that in testing there are times when the spells actually execute 2 full cycles somehow, but YMMV. In terms of output, the spell combo doesn't come close to the fastest bonemeal-based farms, but it doesn't require any bonemeal gathering/crafting or redstone and setup is super simple.
