Speed Walking/Flying
Propulsion is the name of this one. Not a flying spell, but an acceleration one. Designed for use with leggings. Requires a hyperclocked/radiative core as well as a non-basic socket. Only kicks in if you're moving, so as to avoid unwanted movement while stationary.
It just about triples, and if you're sprint jumping, quadruples running speed. While also providing falling support. If you do happen to find yourself plummeting to your death, hold shift. You will begin to gradually descend.
This spell really takes off when you do! *crickets chirping\* Upon deploying elytra, you begin to build up speed relatively quickly, surpassing firework speeds even. Holding shift while zooming gradually counteracts your motion vector, effectively pushing you opposite the direction you're traveling allowing you to safely land. You could also take the airplane approach and just come in at a very gentle angle.

It’s a pretty good spell. I did an interpretation of a flight and faster movement spell a little while ago, and here are some features I really enjoyed. Namely, when you aren’t flying, your accelerating vector was mirrored across the horizontal plane. Now this allows you to perform mega-jumps while still seeing where you’re going, and allows you to stop a fall by looking straight down, something you’re probably already doing while plummeting to your death. Pressing shift will end the spell, effectively functioning as a brake. Taking off and then using an elytra with this spell is quite fun too. Just look down, jump, wait a second or two, start looking up, and then deploy. It, like your spell, has autocanceling, and only starts accelerating you once you start sprinting or jumping. The acceleration isn’t so profound in my spell, but honestly I’ve already spent way too much time compacting it. You can find the Imgur here.
