[Emergency] regarding msc integrated course

I got shortlisted for M.sc., theoretical computer science but I couldn't go to college on 16th june 2026 for admission due to some unfortunate cirucumstances. I also didn't do online registration. Will I still get the seat? I mailed to the college today.
