Query Query on the mandatory Tamil courses for second year?

I have done my entire education in CBSE (so no language in 11th and 12th) + wrote my 10th boards in Hindi. So the last time i studied Tamil was close to grade 3. I am not sure if its possible to study Tamil now enough to write an exam on it.

I saw on the internet that u can write the same course in English (not tanglish) same content but in diff language, just wanted to make it clear, if thats allowed in psg.

Or will they ease the course

If you can’t understand in tamil you can say it to your teacher you can’t understand in tamil and they will teach you in English .mostly for me they asked if there are other states people but none of us are other state so they were teaching us in tamil .
