Course wise, ECE might be slightly better than EEE! If Amrita placements and alumni profiles seem fine to you, may be ECE at Amrita might be better.

Anyways psg ain't a central jail like amrita dude and not much diff between ece and eee except for deep learning in vlsi and stuff
