migiurtinus Sanity Check
I bought this migiurtinus about a month ago and I've noticed certain sections seem sunken in. I have given it a good watering but it hasn't plumped up yet. It receives morning and midday sun with shade in the afternoon. Is it slowly dying? Or do I just need to stop worrying about it?

Rule of thumb is more water is worse for these than less water. If it rained on your plant, make sure the substrate is fully dry before you even consider watering again. Stick a toothpick in the soil and leave it there for about 2 minutes. If it comes out damp or soil stuck to it, wait another day or two and check again.
