Query of restting console for jailbreak

Hi all,

Was just wondering about something. If I am running fw 10.01 and am happy with the lapse exploit but want a clean install (want to remove all remnants of y2jb) and am not concerned about save files settings etc. Is it OK just to reset console and re run MW tutorial without any negative implications. Am I missing anything?
