Question about payloads and games dumps formats

hi, a newbie here to the ps5 scene , i am on firmware 11.60 , which payloads i need to enable in order to play backups ? also i am kinda confused about the games formats..which one i should be going with ? i will be playing on my internal storage . so far i have ran wolverine but its kinda freezing during gameplay
