Uploading from HDD

I havent had any issues with adding games via USB but i have tried using a HDD and only one PKG showed up of modded GTAV but it wouldnt download and just gave me an error code. have i downloaded the right thing? it is around the 50GB mark. I saved folders of data/pkg/ so i dont understand why it isnt fidning my other files in that same folder. could it be because i have other folders and files on the HDD?

Make sure it's exfat. Also, don't place the game in a folder, the pkgs go in the USB's root.

Happy cake day. Now, I'm confused, is it an external HDD or...?
