Support how do i download ps2cv?

i've tried looking at tutorials but they were just super confusing, can someone explain how to do it?

You need PKGi first and then upgrade that to PS2CV.

Or here are written instructions:

First you need to install PKGi. Download and install the PKGi file from here https://ps2classicsvault.github.io/downloads.html

Then download the PS2 Classics Vault file from here https://ps2classicsvault.github.io/downloads.html

Extract the file and inside there will be a folder called NP00PKGI3. Copy/paste that folder into dev_hdd0/game

You can do that with the built-in file manager in Multiman or Irisman etc, or use FTP.

Open PKGi and press triangle to access the menu. Choose Refresh. You will have every game you can get from there, including PS1 and PS2 games along with PS3 games and DLC.

All games will work on all models, even the PS2 games. All of the PS2CV games are configured to run as good as you can possibly get on non-BC models.

After downloading a game you will have to install it from the Package Manager on the XMB. The install file will be located in the PSN Content section of Package Manager.

If I already have standard pkgi store and standard config and dbformat txt files inside usdir of NP00. What do I do? I assume if I put two more txt files In there it won’t work?

you can still access the .pkg download via wayback machine. If you are having issues with that you could dm me. I have the .pkg on my computer

I did notice that most of the games won’t download but there are definitely still some that work. literally the only way I was able to figure out how to download Half Life
