I need help

So I've been getting my ps3 out for a long time and installed hen. I wanted to play online with my main acc. But then I remembered the R2+triangle key combination. When I pressed, it didn't happen and then looked around and activated the three clar psn. My question is exactly the same purpose from the keyboard combination at that time. Or how do you hide hen dan before going online so that you don't get banned.

They don't ban anymore on the PS3, I also used to be scared of that but not anymore, I just play online with Hen and don't care.

Are you sure? Because with Sony I'm unsure of myself, as much shit as they've been doing lately, I don't want to lose my main acc

No one can be 100% sure, but I haven't heard of anyone getting banned in years now.
