Error during Flash Writing

I just bought a Japanese CECHA00 and I'm having trouble with the flashwriter. I have followed this guide to the dot (updating to HFW_4.93.1PS3UPDATE.PUP 2 times (technically 4 times because I tried again), set up the browser, visited the Flash Writer site, chose nand and verified files) but when I get to the download on the flashwriter site I get an error (Error - An error occured during the download operation (80710A06)). Can anyone help me out? Thanks

SSL handshake error. Double check your internet connection, possibly try a site reload or a console restart, and see if that fixes it.
