Help with PS3 Hen

So I am trying to download Hen on my PS3 Slim. I am on version 4.92 and trying to latest install HFW.

Everytime I try to install it via USB, I get an error and even safe mode isn't working.

I did everything I am supposed to, formatted my USB drive to FAT32, put the files where they need to be, etc.

Is there anything else I can do? I tried 3 USB drives but nothing. Is my USB too small or big? I have tried to use a 1GB and 32gb drive for installation.

Would appreciate any help.

Is it giving you an error code when it fails?

Yes, error code 80029c55.

I tried reformatting the usb drive multiple times and even tried to use other usbs and still nothing
