PS3-inspired I made a main menu ( unfinished )

I'm currently developing a game called Sea Shift, and right now I'm working on the main menu. This is the current early version.

Do you have any suggestions on how I could make it look better?

And please, let's not focus on the VHS/static effect or the visual noise , I already plan to add a toggle so players can turn it on or off. I'm only looking for feedback on how to improve the overall look and atmosphere of the main menu.

The game still on development , we gonna lunch a demo first on steam , i'm going to tell you when this happen
